This website is operated by Shopa Nation Enterprise (Company Registration No. 202403304854 (MA0324273-A)), a legally registered business in Malaysia with its principal business address at Level 33, Ilham Tower, No. 8, Jalan Binjai, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In collaboration with Solevaz Enterprise (202403312940 (IP0602800-M)), located at Level 23, Menara Exchange, 106, Lingkaran TRX, Tun Razak Exchange, 55188 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which supports strategic development and brand expansion. The website is hosted on Shopify Inc.'s e-commerce platform, which provides the tools and infrastructure enabling us to offer our products and services directly to you.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "NAMIIMAN," "Solevaz," "Shopa Nation," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Shopa Nation Enterprise, its affiliated business names, entities, and operations, including NAMIIMAN Hong Kong and any other registered or operating names under the Shopa Nation brand.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any interaction with our business, regardless of the name or platform used. By accessing or using the NAMIIMAN website (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and any services offered under the Shopa Nation brand.

NAMIIMAN is a size-inclusive, fashion-forward online platform specializing in extended-size high heels and diverse footwear styles. 

Our mission is to empower individuals by offering footwear that combines style, comfort, and inclusivity. We are dedicated to celebrating diversity in size, style, and self-expression. Ensuring every individual can find a pair of heels that makes them feel confident and beautiful.

These Terms apply to all users, customers, and collaborators interacting with the Site or engaging with our brand, including but not limited to:

  • Visitors: Browsing the Site or viewing content
  • Customers: Purchasing or attempting to purchase from our store
  • Vendors: Supplying or intending to supply products to us

You agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other legally binding documents or communications we may issue.

2. Eligibility

    By accessing or using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

    • Minimum Age Requirement:

              Shopa Nation Enterprise is committed to providing detailed and accurate information about the products we offer. However, due to the nature of online retail, certain conditions apply to product descriptions, pricing, and availability as outlined below:

                  Pricing

                  • All prices listed on the Site are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit; aka Ringgit Malaysia or RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices include or exclude taxes or fees as specified at checkout.
                  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, promotions, or other factors. The price at the time of purchase is final and non-negotiable.
                  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

                      Availability

                      • Our shoes are Made-Upon-Order, which means we don’t keep ready stock. This reflects our commitment to sustainability and reducing resource waste.
                      • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or discontinue products at our sole discretion.
                      • If an item you ordered is out of material or we are unable to produce the product anymore, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative, backorder option, or full refund.

                          5. Orders and Payments

                            When placing an order with Shopa Nation, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding order acceptance, payment, and any associated taxes or duties:

                            Order Acceptance

                            • All orders placed through our Site constitute an offer to purchase products or services. However, Shopa Nation reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason.
                            • Reasons for Refusal or Cancellation:
                              • Limitations on available quantities.
                              • Errors in product or pricing information displayed on the Site.
                              • Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment methods.
                              • Issues related to the accuracy of customer-provided information.
                            • Although we do not accept order cancellations. However, should an order be canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used. We will notify you promptly regarding any cancellation or changes to your order.

                                  Payment

                                  • Payment must be completed at the time of checkout to confirm your order. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or delayed payment options unless explicitly stated.
                                  • Accepted Payment Methods: 
                                    • Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
                                      • Payment via Credit and Debit cards are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment gateway, to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your financial information. As part of Stripe's commitment to sustainability, we agree to contribute 1.5% to support initiatives aimed at combating climate change to make a positive environmental impact.
                                    • Digital wallets and payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay).
                                  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and verified.

                                    Taxes and Duties

                                    • All Orders: For all shipments around the globe, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
                                      • Customs regulations vary by country, and delays or additional fees may occur during customs clearance. Shopa Nation is not responsible for any such delays or fees.
                                    • Customers are encouraged to check their local customs and tax policies before placing an order to understand any additional costs that may apply.
